Today I started my 1-year journey as mentee in the Airbus Program Management Mentoring Program with a Kick-Off Meeting in Toulouse.
The day was quite interesting and after a first session with my mentor, Karine, I have a quite a good feeling.
As preliminary targets for my personal growth I have identified:
- Learn to stay calm
- Learn how to take a step back and look at the overall picture
- Learn to give feedback, in particular critical feedback
The next session with my mentor is already scheduled!
